Nairobi Full Day Excursion

0900hrs Pick up at your hotel and proceed to Nairobi National Museum and Snake Park.

Nairobi National Museum is located at the Museum Hill,approximately 10 minutes drive from the Nairobi city centre. The Museum aims to interpret Kenya's rich heritage and offers a one stop for visitors to sample the country's rich heritage both for education and leisure. 

 

1100hrs : Proceed to the David Sheldrick Elephant orphanage, where young orphaned elephants are brought after being rescued and fed till they are mature to be released to the wild.

1230hrs - 1400hrs: Break for Lunch ( or Clients choice of restaurant).

1400hrs :- After Lunch proceed to the Karen Blixen museum, the house in the movie out of Africa.
Karen Blixen Museum was once the centre piece of a farm at the foot of the Ngong Hills owned by Danish Author Karen and her Swedish Husband, Baron Bror von Blixen Fincke. Located 10km from the city centre, the Museum belongs to a different time period in the history of Kenya. The farm house gained international fame with the release of the movie ‘Out of Africa’ an Oscar winning film based on Karen’s an autobiography by the same title.

1530hrs : Proceed to Nairobi Safari walk where you spot various wildlife in their provided natural habitat but protected Some of these are the White Rhino, the Albino Zebra, the Oryx, the Bongo, the pigmy Hippo and spot the three big cats among a variety of beautiful birds. If possible, we seek an opportunity to hug the cheetah as we close our memorable & exciting day tour.

Nairobi Safari Walk is a splendid conservation facility designed to enhance visitor's appreciation of Kenya's flora and fauna. It is a showcase of Kenya's vast natural diversity. Nairobi Safari Walk provides visitor with an experience of Kenya's three eco-systems namely the savannahs, forests and wetlands. Nairobi Safari Walk gives visitor a clear picture of what to look forward to in Kenyan National Parks. Visitors can walk along the raised boardwalk, through the different habitats and observe from close range the wonderful variety of wildlife in each eco-system.
